My weight loss record is in my signature.
Let me say, though, I was *strict*. By which, I mean... *no* restricted food *ever*, IP foods with the minimal carbs (yes to puddings & most drinks; *no* to bars or snacks or chili/stew/spaghetti), nothing that is not on the list of veggies or meats... and mostly fish. Every night. 7 oz! Lots of tuna/rockcod/ tilapia/red snapper, less salmon (high in fats). And any other kind of fish I find, like blue marlin, mahi mahi, or whatever is new for variety.
Each night, I eat an above fish, over 1 oz of arugula, with 3 oz sauteed mushrooms, 3 oz steamed asparagus, and 2 oz of steamed zucchini. All with tamari sauce, Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle, and togarashi.
Lunch is a salad of greens, and fresh veggies - 3 oz mushrooms, 1 oz broccoli, 1 oz cauliflower, 2 oz cucumber, 1 oz radish - with my *favorite* salad dressing, Bacon Ranch from Walden Farms, with the chipotle spice & togarashi. Usually about 3/4 pound of salad (I buy from a grocery who has a salad bar by weight).
Breakfast is usually Wildberry Yogurt, or I often substitute Syntrax Nectar Strawberry Mousse - tastes like strawberry Quik! Add a pudding for dessert (love the butterscotch, strawberry makes a bigger serving than the others for some reason, banana... all good!) - and that's my day.
Oh, and add in 1-2 doppio espressos, along with a black double-strength venti iced tea.
Lately, I've been cheating a little - a tiny bit of cheese, the crust of 1/2 a piece of french bread, a few shots of vodka or tequila... but for the most part... religious about it.
You want to get it done, and then phase back into healthy eating, right?
Sorry for running on... had a shot of Patron, and it makes me talkative.
