Good Morning Everyone! Well I leave in about an hour for my weekly meeting!! I measured myself and did weight on wii so I will see how close I am to my coach.
As far as crystal light goes my coach told me only one packet to go so I split it either in half or in 3rds. I only have one a day, if it be the whole package or only 1/3.
What is the vanilla stuff that was on the post yesterday that are so yummy?

They're talking about the vanilla ready-to-drinks (RTD's).
I am so glad that I found this forum. I recently started IP last Wednesday and love to see all of the inspiration here from everyone. I have been stalking the forum for the past few days and finally signed up today. I have learned so many things and got some great ideas. Thank you for the inspiration to continue!

Two hour dental appointment scheduled this morning. I'm really thankful I can easily do a liquid diet! Oh, and I have a test for my sports law class. At times it makes me wonder why I woke up this morning, but I know it's all part of the process for a better me!

The vanilla drink boxes have been in VERY short supply for several months -- here's a thread that bemoans their absence and tracks sightings of the rare RTD in the wild.

OK, my day 14 on IP and have a question. I've been reading lots of threads to assist me with making sure I am doing this program correctly. Lost 5 lbs first week so super pumped. I usually weigh at home every day or two and this weekend I was down to my lowest weight in about 15/20 years. Well I hadn't exercized any since last Wed so yesterday I went to a hour long Zumba class. Staying on plan with the cardio I was expecting to drop and low and behold I'm up 1/2 to 1 lb. What's up with that? Is cardio excersize not going to assist with this weight loss? BTW I usually do cardio 3 times per week.

I found myself dancing to tv commercials this morning.......haven't had energy like this in a few years !! If you are just starting out in IP - you are in for a wild ride !! Wow !
well ladies my coach puts her scale on a board and its on carpet. It shows I only lost 1.6 pounds but I checked my weight with my wii fit and my scale and it shows I was down 5 pounds. Lost 3 inches.............
