I realized this weekend that I would not eat nearly so much if there wasn't food at EVERY social outing. AHH that's so frustrating!! Also, I use Crystal Light several times a day... do you think this will significantly decrease my weight loss?? Thanks for all your help

Hi, Rachel, I responded to this question from someone else a couple of days ago. Here was my response: In Phase 3 we're allowed no more than 15 grams of fat per day. In Phases 1 and 2, we should have as little as possible except for our fish oil and required olive and/or grape seed oil. Daily grams of protein should be about half of our body weight. E.g., if you weigh 200, about 100 grams of protein per day. (I'm svelting mentioned that if you go by the protein counts on the packets and the count for 5 oz. chicken, you should be getting about 91 - 106 grams of protein. I was told that having extra protein is OK if you're hungry.) Carbs should be less than 40 total or 30 net. Calories don't matter so much, but if you're following the program, you're probably getting about 750-850 daily.
If you're drinking the Crystal Light with aspartame instead of Splenda, it's probably not a good idea. Plus too much artificial sweetener of any kind could stall your weight loss. I've heard we should stick to about 3 servings of Splenda or Stevia per day.
