Curiosity got the better of me and I looked in the trash can -- I'd used a chicken soup packet instead of the omelet one.

It's good and a nice change from the fine herbs & cheese omelet. I may try it with the other soups. Absentmindedness is the mother of invention?
This would be great with leek soup, I bet.

This has become one of my favorites.
Take one packet of the Lemon Pudding, 8 to 10 ounces of water, and 4 or so ice cubes and blend in a blender. Then I add some SF raspberry syrup.
It is kinda like a lemon raspberry smoothie.

Not sure if this has been posted already:

Mocha pudding:
1/2 IP bag of chocolate pudding
1/2 IP bag of cappucino drink
150mL water (or a little less)

I shake that together and sometimes I stick it in the freezer for a while. A-mazing. And then I save the other halves for the next meal or day.

I can't wait for my next WI, my coach told me they're getting the dark chocolate pudding.

This morning I mixed my cappuccino packet with 6oz coffee. I was getting tired of the cap. because I've been having it to much lately. It was a nice change! My girlfriend gave me the idea.

Has anyone tried to make a pancake/muffin/crepe or something cakelike with the pudding packets by adding baking powder and Eggwhites? I was just wondering if it has been tried before so I don't waste a packet.

Hi...

I asked this on the daily chat but I'll ask here too. Has anyone tried to make a waffle using the IP Chocolate Pancake pack? I've used the "search thread" function on both the recipe threads and have not gotten any hits.

Thanks, Lynn

Sorry woolberger, I haven't! But if you figure out a good recipe, make sure to share it!

Today I reluctantly tried the vanilla pudding - I say reluctantly, because I'm not crazy about vanilla-flavored things, and the puddings had been hit-or-miss for me (until I discovered that adding a little extra water made a world of a difference). I added some cinnamon, and ohhhh my gosh, it reminded me of icing!! So much so, that I added half a packet of splenda too, but it was amazing without it, too. Definitely a keeper! I only got one packet of that for the week, but I'll be getting a whole box next time, for sure!

Tonight I'm going to try the banana pudding, maybe I'll add some WF chocolate syrup, or peanut butter. Or maybe even both!
