Default Newbie here!

Hi everyone! I can hardly believe that I found you gals! I am on day 18 of the IP diet and I haven't lost that much yet. But I think I'm doing OK. I am still having headaches, and I don't have that much energy, but it is improving.
Any how~ I'll keep reading though everyones posts and grasping all the great tips and advice that you gals have to offer!
I am looking for some good recipes for Kale...Anyone have any?
Much Love~
Kate

Sorry to hear that the tests didn't give you an answer. Can you get a copy of the results? I have asked my doctor's office for my lab results. My current doc's assistant lets me take the actual report to a photcopier in a nearby shop.

Hi lilplumpkin and to this wonderful forum.

You are in the challenge. I will be making a new thread on Monday morning where you can post your starting weight. It will be a weekly weight post, hopefully we can keep it to Mondays

I never thought I'd say this, but I don't need to lose 20 pounds! However, I'd still love to join if you don't mind. Labor Day challenge helped kept me accountable!

Thx.

No, I know it's TRICIA!!!

Yes, they made a copy for me and they will be at the front desk waiting for me. I will pick them up this week (hopefully Tuesday). I'm sure they'll not mean much to me, but I'll gladly post them for the more knowledgeable people in the group.

I didn't realize that our "amounts lost" and our "Still to go amounts" are so close! WOW...

and don't worry about not making the 20 lbs. many of us didn't, but we still had great results.

Thanks for saving me from having to look that up. I don't remember ever seeing it before.

Glad you're feeling better. Also glad your thyroid is OK.

Yes, I'm glad to be feeling better, and I'm glad that thyroid is good. I hated the idea of taking pills for the rest of my life! However, I am still unhappy that I'm feeling so tired, cold and losing so much hair without explanation. I guess it could like you said, and just be the diet.

I really like the new picture. It could be a modern illustration of "Irish Eyes Are Smilin." And I'm glad you're feeling a little better.
