Phase 3 Breakfasts
Just started Phase 3. I'm not quite at goal but needed to phase out as I'm going on a cruise in 2wks. I want to stay on the low end so hopefully I will still lose the few lbs I have left. Today I had eggs, canadian bacon, toast, and a peach. I need ideas as this will get old. Are there any kind of pancakes that are low enough carb.? What do you all eat? I'm loving the fruit! Ideas please!
