Weighed in today at the clinic at 145.8, exactly 2 pounds down! One day early and totally having big-C problems. Melissa, I'm not weighing in next week because I'll be out of town, so no next-to-final week number for me.
Hi.. im new to this forum... and a week old IP member First I wanted to say WOW to all of you... secondly... thx to this forum you were what made me decide to go with IP and finaly could I join the -20 pounds before labour day challenge? Pretty please...(would be great given that the 5th is my birthday) I will have my first weight in tonite... im keeping my finger crossed

That's a lot of weight to lose by labor day, but if you want in, and you'll post weight on Fridays on this thread, I'll be happy to add you! Welcome.
Great job, Stacey!!! I want you to know that I've been so discouraged this week with myself, the diet and just everything (Brand new empty nest combined with PMS). This morning I woke up and weighed 173.4, which I weighed one day last week before shooting up (TOM) a few pounds and staying there all week. Then this morning seeing the 173 did make me happy and encouraged. However, when I was putting your weight in the chart I saw that when we started the challenge you were 173, and NOW just a little while later you're already in the 5555555555555555555555s! I was so uplifted. I said wow, look how far Stacey has come!!! You've only lost like 4 more pounds then me during this time, so this is something that I can do. I will keep going. Yesterday marked 5 months for me on the diet, and I was considering a break, but NO WAY, NO BREAK FOR ME. Thank you. You've inspired me.

Thank you Kelsie for the will power dust .... it worked, LOL!!! Good decision on not taking a break, I sure wish I had been more steadfast while on all my travels, I talk to friends that have lost soo much over the summer and think Oh My Gosh I Could Have Been Down much more too....but oh well I am back on track now and IT IS WORKING!!! Before you know it your son will be home on holiday and believe it or not it gets easier to see them stretch their wings and fly on their own!! My DS is almost 40 and lives 5 hrs away, so seeing him and his family is very special. With the computer and cell phone they are never far away
Very bad week for me I am up to 139.4 I am with you guys on that will power dust.
