If you've already come so far, I think you should just suck it up and finish the race strong. I've only been on IP since 07/19/2010, and this past week and a half I've had major difficulty staying on track. I think in part because I know I have so far to go with having to lose 100+ lbs. Regardless of my psychological justifications for it, I feel terrible about it and will probably feel worse about it during my weigh in tomorrow. I know deep down that had I'd stayed the course, I'd be a lot closer to my goal than I probably am right now. At many points during our lives, we have to make sacrifices for the greater good, which is continuing to make ourselves and health priority #1. As I am back on track today, I just have to keep reminding myself this process is temporary, but fat can be forever if we don't do due diligence with our bodies. Congrats on all you've acheived to present with your goals!
