Question Reduced Sugar Jello--Canada

Hi Everyone...I found this sugar reduced jello...it is sweetened with sucralose.
Here are the nutrition facts
1 serving...99grams
calories 5
fat 0
Cholesterol 0
Sodium 50 mg
Carbs 1 gram
Fibre 1 gram
sugars 0

Ingredients
filtered water, fruit juice from concentrate, carrageenan, artificial and natural strawberry flavour, potassium citrate, adipic acid, citric acid, carob bean gum, sodium citrate, sucralose, salt, xanthan gum,

What does everyone think of this...OK to have???? it is 4 servings for $2.19 so is much cheaper than the IP jello.

you are missing a serving of protein and calories in this. i don't think there's anything WRONG with it, but make sure you make up the protein and calories with a couple of egg whites or some lean meat.
citric acid can supposedly screw with losses, so if you eat it and then don't lose much next week-you may know the culprit

Hi, Erin, could you say something more about citric acid screwing up losses? My absolute favorite part of the IP diet are the romaine salads with vinegar or lemon juice and olive oil. Vinegar and lemon juice are both pure citric acid solutions!
