Default Hey guys where you at??

I am a 34 yr old guy who has been researching IP, and I am going to do it. I was wondering where all the other guys at. I know the site is 3 fat "chicks" but I was hoping for some other big guy testimonials, lol.

I am 6'1" and about 340. I have always been an offensive lineman in high school and college, but there is no reason to keep being the "big guy". I want to be a smaller guy. What kind of goal weight do your recommend? I was thinking 200lbs.

Any other similar guys that did IP? I would appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks!

Obviously I'm not a guy... but we have a couple who post on our main message board pretty regularly. Also, my coach is a guy, he started in January and he's lost almost 90 lbs. He was 307 when he started, he's like 6'3". Also I have a friend who started after me and he's doing remarkable! He's gone from 221 to 188 in 6 or 7 weeks. He's 5'10".

I just started IP myself on friday. I can't give you long term testimonials but I will tell you the first 3 days I dropped 9lbs according to my scale at home. So if thats any indication of how it is going to go I'm excited. So far I would definatly recommend it. I was told that men lose faster than women so I'll have to see if thats true or not as I progress. I think thats a realistic goal for weight, I have similar build just 5'9" tall instead of over 6 feet so my goal is 185 but if you factor in height 200 sounds reasonable, I will be happy when I hit 200.
