i thoughroughly enjoy the spicy bbq sauce, sun dried tomato and asian dressing as marinades only. i stick to my olive oil(or grapeseed)/vinegar dressing mostly for salads. i got the mayo, pb, thousand island, bacon ranch and coleslaw dressing and they were disgusting.
i now make my tuna salad with tuna, low fat mayo, relish, and egg whites-the carbs are only 2 g in the low fat mayo.
i will definitely try the pb in my vanilla pudding with ice to make a shake, i miss pb shakes from sonic, mmmmm...
oh and i've mixed the asian dressing with some pb and marinated my chicken in it. VERY GOOD.

I just got back from my local Sprouts Market. I picked up the pb, Italian dressing, and French Onion dip.
So far, the pb in chocolate pudding blended with ice is awesome. I'll get creative with the other stuff at some point. Right now, being a newbie...I'm sticking to what I know.

Sorry to bump this thread, but I figure this is the place:
I'm looking for anyone who has tried both the creamy bacon and the bacon ranch dressings. I seem to recall reading in the thread that one was nasty and the other was one of the better WF dressings. Anyone who has tried both care to comment? Thanks!

My favorite thing is the Bacon Ranch dressing. I just bought 10 at the buy-1-get-1-free sale!
And the Blue Cheese? Yuck! Love blue cheese, took it back and got my money back.

OMG the pb is horrid on its own. I'll use it in shakes for sure. The Italian dressing is okay (a bit salty) and the chocolate sauce is okay. The pancake syrup is pretty good.
I just bought the balsamic, but I'll wait until I eventually finish the Italian first.

So I think the WF Bacon dressing is the only one that is not sugar free or fat free....looks like the rest of the bottles but read the back of the label...I have an unopened bottle just for that reason. This is week 7 for me and I don't want to make a mistake.
I must be one of the few people who like the honey dijon...it might just be my favorite...the onion dressing is good too...I thought the thousand islands was too sour..so added a little Splenda...worked for me.
I think WF is a life-saver on this program...One of the recipes someone posted was to mix 1/3 cup WF Original Barbeque Sauce, 1/3 cup
Orange Marmalade, 3 T Asian Dressing, mix well, pour over chicken breasts, simmer covered till done, remove cover and let sauce thicken....yummy.
I'll try that Peanut Spread in my pudding shakes...it wasn't good on celery unless you are desparate.

I'll be looking for the peanut butter at the store next time I go. I can honestly say I miss peanut butter pretty bad.

Haha, it's pretty bad on it's own. I doctor up most of my WF dressings with extra spices, vinegar, etc. I found if you add some extra dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar to the honey dijon dressing it tastes normal. Same kind of thing for the asian dressing. I added reduced sodium soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. It did the trick. Try playing around with adding this and that.

Oh, and btw, the WF apple butter is completely horrendous. Don't waste your money. It's got a weird bite to it, is the consistency of jello, and doesn't even remotely taste like apples. Blegh.

I like the spicy bbq sauce and the catsup works with a burger. I like the french and ranch dressings. I'm going to try the mayo tonight in lettuce wrapped burger. I ordered a few different things including the single serving packets for some upcoming travel, and the bacon dressing. Having done a few cleanses over the years where the food looked and tasted like mud, I think I may be less picky.

I use the creamy bacon on my salads and if I can't get that I will use the bacon ranch. I don't mess with the sweet stuff because it will trigger my desire for real sweet stuff. I had to stop eating the restricted foods because they were doing that, also. I am a food addict and know what my limits are and it has taken years for me to get to this point.

Very Helpful
This has been very helpful. Thanks for all of the information.
I just placed an order for some WF products from American Diabetes Wholesale website. The prices were pretty good. A bottle of the dressing was about $3.70. Thanks again for all of the information.

My favorite is the creamy bacon. A lot of people don't like it, but it really smells and tastes like bacon. The bacon ranch is my second choice if I can't get the first. You are doing great with the weight lose. I can't wait to get half way to my goal.

New fav: Pancake syrup.
No joke it's awesome. Definitely pick some up along with the Maple Grove Farms sugar free pancake mix. (It's only 6 carbs and has tons of protein.)

If anyone has Sprouts nearby they will let you return any opened products if you don't like it. I've found that to be helpful when you don't like one of their dressings. Can't wait to try some of these recipes.
