Hi Everyone,

I saw another member post last week that she has used (on occasion) 1 oz shredded cheese with either her salad or another meal, in place of the 1oz skim milk for her coffee. Is this allowed? According to the nutrition info on the bag I have at home, one serving is 2oz, and is 1 carb...so 1oz would only be .5 carbs, correct?

I "found" a nice little product at the supermarket today.
It's called Mi0 Liquid Water Enhancer.
I bought fruit punch flavor and added a few squirts to my water to make a nice flavored beverage!
It has zero everything, and sweetened with sucralose, so as far as I know, it's okay to use on IP.
I found it by the Crystal Light and my store had 6-7 flavor varieties.

I won't use it all the time, but there are just some days when getting another glass of water down seems impossible and I think this product will help!

I saw a commercial for MiO last night. I googled, and liked it on FB, but I haven't seen it in the store yet. It looks cool!

thanks jordanna for this recipe. I had a hard time tonight getting my pudding down. I'm not sure why, but for some reason the texture wasn't easy to take. I need to start mixing and matching like you have suggested.

Default inches vs pounds

I have been on IP for 15 days now. Had #2wi yesterday and I have only dropped 5 lbs in total. It was 2.5 lb each week. The strange thing is I have lost 5" off my waist and 1" off my hips and a little bit more in other areas for a total of 6.75"

Is this a normal reaction? I am sticking to the "protocol" as well. I know that its working to some extent because I feel thinner and some of my "skinny" clothes are fitting better.

So why is it that Most of the people on ip drop significantly in lbs and I'm just puttering along?

Is there any thing I can do so get the lower # i'm looking for or just be patient and the numbers will come?

Default Question...

I'm curious if any coaches out there allow you to purchase "mixed" boxes of packets?

My 1st week on the program my coach gave me a variety of foods to try. But now she tells me she can't mix and match the foods and I am soooo bored with only 3 choices of packets for an entire week. Even when I utilize the recipes on here and make up my own, I'm literally gagging by the end of the week because I'm sick of those foods.

Do I really just have to suck it up and deal with it? I'm feeling a bit whiny about it....

Wow, great tips guys! I'm only on my third day of IP, but haven't cheated once and am going strong- not to say I haven't had a hard moment here or there, but I'm NOT going back.

Hi,
My coach here in Connecticut allows us to purchase whichever 21 packets we choose, provided we buy no more than 7 of the "restricteds".

Yeah, we just have to buy multiples of seven. Makes it so much easier to try new things.

That's is really cool! I'm going to talk to my coach about that option but I don't think she'll give in.

Oh well. I'll quit whining about it now!

I can buy whatever packs I want, but My friend's coach has told her that she has to buy the cases as that is what headquarters has come out and said, that you shouldn't be buying individuals...
