I need to buy suppliments. Has anyone found similar suppliments in regular vitamin stores?

Just got my ticker, I'm kind of a dumb dumb when it comes to computers, thats why you see my ticker with no message. Hopefully it will come up on this message, we'll see. I am putting in an order for alternative products TONIGHT!! From Nashua Nutrition, cant wait to get some different things to eat. IP is a great program, but I am getting bored and the cost is getting to be too much.

Hi there, I saw your post regarding protidiet. Are you ordering from a Canadian website? If so which one? I have ordered twice now from Nashua Nutrition as I couldn't find something local.

http://www.nashuanutrition.com/store/ I order from here, three times, once I got dinged for customs tax lol, but still cheaper then IP products,

http://www.lowcarbcanada.ca/ I order WF products from here, one flat shipping cost of 8$, alot of times stuff is on sale. I ordered 12 bottles last time of different stuff. Cheap shipping charges for the weight.

Has anyone heard of detour bars? they have 3 net carbs and 15g protein but im not sure what else to look far to make sure its close to ip food...

MInewgoal 05-19-2011 01:21 PM

We don't count net carbs...just total carbs.
So be sure it's under 17 total.

Can anyone tell me which ProtiDiet items have aspartame in them? I have read this entire thread, and others and know that some items do contain it, but unsure of which ones. I have been doing IP for 6 weeks now and the cost is a bit much, so I am looking for alternatives. I don't like the IP soups, so I probably won't be ordering any of those alternatives, but I do enjoy all restrictives (of course) and all the drinks are great.
Any info would be greatly appreciated:)

Thanks!

I want to send out a huge thank you for each of your comments and the spread sheet. I am enjoying my weight loss but not enjoying the cost of IP products. ;)

Bump

Just got the syntrax nectar vanilla bean torte shake. At $0.87 per serving, and a yummy drink with NO carbs (yes, NO carbs), I will be switching one meal per day to this. That way I can eat my restricted and still feel good ;)

One more question. I am moving in a few weeks, my coach knows about it and my center here is willing to mail me meals. I wont have time for weigh ins etc and they think I should be well on my way to email my progress.

I am debating to try ideal to go to get some of the products, mixed with alternatives. Eg, I will use the syntrax shakes I think, but I want the crispy cereal from IP and some of the snacks (I love the southwest curls and the salt vinegar ridges!) for special occasions and some bars for emergency situations.
Anyone of you do idealtogo? How does it work - do they react if you don't buy enough for a full set of meals, do you have to report to anyone?
