Default Zucchini Chips?

I *thought* I read instructions for slicing zucchini and baking.. am I wrong? I used the search feature here but I can't find it. (although it may be burried in the recipe pages)

I'm having some serious CRAVINGS. Was hoping to make this.

Go to hungrygirl.com for some great low-calorie snacks. I use that website for many recipes....some are great two or three ingredient ones, while others have too many ingredients that I do not have on hand.

Taken from the IP Recipes thread!

Quote:
Baked Zucchini Chips

* 3 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch chips
* 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
* 2 Tbsp. olive oil
* Maldon sea salt or kosher salt and pepper to taste
* 2 oz. crumbled goat cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss zucchini slices with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread out on in a single layer on a jelly roll pan. Roast 7 minutes. Turn zucchini over. Roast another 7-8 minutes.

FOR PHASE 3 or 4 toss with goat cheese and serve immediately.

Serves 6.

I just had a grilled salmon caesar. It was delicious! The romaine was cut in half lengthwise then grilled, on the cut side, for a short time (Lettuce was warm but not wilted) then a piece of grilled salmon was placed on top. Nice for a change!
