Frannie, I use the packets of NuNaturals Stevia. My coach recommended that I don't go over three per day. The good thing is that it is really sweet, so you don't need much at all. I add it to my coffee, my olive oil and vinegar dressings, my stir fry meals, and sometimes chocolate pudding. Even with all that, I don't ever go over three packets.
Hope this helps!

frannie, i'll use a little bit of splenda in my coffee if i'm not mixing my morning coffee with a capuccino, vanilla pudding or chocolate drink packet in my coffee. all the ip products use sucralose as the sweetener so i doubt a little here and there will hurt, i've done fine the last two weeks with my WIs too hope that helps

Frita!!... That is a fantastic, really fantastic week one. I only had 5lbs and was over the moon with that, so you must be so happy!!!
Way to go!
BevS You mentioned potassium, could cause diarrhea, was that the pot/cal supplement from IP, or just a straight potassium pill?
Had a little NSV this morning, tried on a dress that I adore, yet never fit my hips....now it does!
I didn't lose a single pound last week and was a little deflated, but taking the advice of my fabulous 3FC cohorts , I thought I would check some of my "one day" clothes. ( I swear I buy some every month)
YAY!

Checking in! WI yesterday was down 4 lbs, not bad since I had fallen off the wagon on Sunday. Down 10.2 overall for the 1st two weeks. No CHEATING allowed now!
Oh and I lost 4 inches of boobs!

It's the pot/cal supplement from IP. I think it would do the same either way though. I researched potassium online, and it can definitely cause diarrhea.
