Question new here; down 28lbs & starting phase 3

I am down 28 lbs since Dec. 26 and started phase 3 today. I am looking for info. on maintenance (phase 4) once I am done with the two weeks of phase 3. My coach has only provided me very vague guidelines and I am scared to gain back what I worked so hard to lose. Please share insights and suggestions re: successful eating after 4 months of IP?

Check out the sticky thread, on the link below, entitled Ideal Protein Phases. Also, visit our main chat threads to see if someone has more input. We have at least 3 people active on the forum in phase 3!
