Hello my fellow fat (or not so fat anymore) chicks! I have been MIA these last few weeks due to my spring break. I had so much fun! I didn't stick to the protocol most of the time but I've definitely learned how to read labels and eat a lot healthier. I gained 2 lbs. but some how still lost 3 lbs. of fat according to my weigh-in yesterday. Fortunately I am back on track this week and am ready to shed my last 27 lbs. My goal is to do this by May 17th or May 24th so that's appox. 8 or 9 weeks from yesterday. I also have a mini goal of staying true to the diet and not cheating one bit which to this point has been very challenging for me! Congrats to all of you who have continued losing, those of you who have reached your goal, and those of you who have decided to begin this journey.
P.S. with all the talk of the WII Fit game, I have decided to borrow my boyfriend's little brother's WII and buy the Fit game to help with reaching my goal. Have a great day!

Thanks to you all for all your ideas, this week was the first week I can have the restricted items, I had chili yesterday and it wasn't too bad!
Everyone here seems to be doing really well on IP and it is very encouraging.

HOMEMADE DEEP DISH PIZZA! I'M STARVING! Good for you! That is an NSV if I've ever heard one!! And to be around Italians who love to eat and cook (and who are FABULOUS AT IT) Good for you! You can do this steelgal! You have an iron STEEL will!! right? I think that is awesome! keep up the good work! however I may be yearning for Chigago pizza for awhile! HA! willpower! mind over matter!

MTG--thanks again for the morning laugh--your son's story had me laughing out loud...my cat looks at me funny when I do that.

Well, off to work. Have a great Tuesday everyone and I will check in later.
YOU ARE WELCOME! I'm so happy I can help lift your spirits a little and give you a good belly laugh in the morning, humor seems to get me through the day. Its a wonderful thing. And thank you- it is very motivating for me because I am an aspiring writer and have had a bit of a hiatus and seeing that people have a positive reaction to what I write inspires me to continue writing my book!! So thank you for your encouragement!!

I was ALWAYS nervous for the early weigh ins, but after awhile you get used to it. I was shocked everytime I went to how much weight I was losing, its a good feeling =D
