thanks to a recent post from eatants about cybermonday discounts , I ordered newlifestyles ready-to-drink, which I have been told are identical to IP RTD. These are going to help me in maintenance (I started Phase 3 this morning!)
I love the RTD from New Lifestyles. I cannot taste a difference between their RTD and IP's RTD. I have both the vanilla and chocolate here. And the price is right!! Thanks for sharing the coupon code, I meant to do this after I received my order!! I love to keep some RTDs in my purse or car for emergencies, when I am out and about later than I planned, etc. In the winter, they stay cold in the car!!
my fitness pal dot com is what I use to track my food and water consumption. It is a free program that will sync with android based cell phones, but most importantly you can input everything from your PC (easier to type).
Anyway I love this program. I forgot to mention that it also tracks your weight and measurements (if you choose to enter)

I just read my Premier nutrition shake (Canadian) that I bought at Costco. It says it has 37.5 mcg of potassium. Someone here earlier said it had 600 mg.

You should have received an email from them when your order shipped with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number and you can see where your order is.
It's been stuck at customs since Nov. 29! We made a group order at the office an we are starting to regret it. Hope we will receive it before Xmas Holidays!

When is a shipment dutiable? My mom ordered from Nashua Nutrition a month or two ago and did not have to pay anything, but she just received a second order and there was $21.96 in duties payable when the order was picked up at the post office. The two orders were similar in dollar value, so I can't see that being a trigger in this case.

That sucks! I ordered from Nashua end of November, and received it today! It took 11 days for shipping to Canada. Maybe send them an email??? That's a crazy long wait! Hope it gets to you soon!
Anyone know where I can get the nutritional information, ingredients and list of foods for IP diet. None of the packaging has it on it.
