I lost 1.4 pounds this week and marked off another milestone on the road to fitness. So many people have inspired, encourages, educated, generally help and motivated me along the way. I still have a few pounds to lose to hit my long term goal and a lifetime of maintenance still ahead, but the journey has been life changing for me.

Each of us has the power to improve. We all can strive for progress and never worry about perfection. We can do this. I hope that I can help others beat obesity. It does not matter if you have 30, 50, or 100 or more pounds to lose - you can do it. We are only limited by our imagination to set goals and find creative ways that work for us to reach those goals. The paths may be different, but the results are the same. When we make the effort to define a change and go into that change with a willing heart and open mind, we can - no we will find the ways to make it come true.

I want to thank everyone on this forum that has taken the time to help me and others along the journey. Everyone has been so nice and so willing to help others. I want to find a way to help others full time in the fight against obesity. I don't know yet how that will happen, but it is a goal for me - one that I know I will reach.
