Hey everyone, my name is Mike Waudby and I am now currently 32 years old and working as a weight loss coach. When I was 18 I suffered from depression due family issues and I resorted to drink. By the age of 21 I became a recluse and for the next 7 years I never left the home.
I attempted suicide when my weight peeked near 500lbs but failed. I eventually took some responsibility and never looked back. I stopped drinking, seeked information and kicked obesity in the a**
I lost 300lbs in just 18 months but to be honest, that was easy compared to sustaining my weight loss (nearly 4 years now) I lost weight naturally (no surgery) But I suffer medical issues due to my extreme weight loss making it very easy to put weight back on. Obviously I never will no matter what.
I wasted 10 years of my life. My whole twenties locked away so please, never get like me and do something about your weight now. If I can do it under those circumstances.....anyone can!
My mentor calls me The Weight Loss Warrior which I wear with pride. This is a battle, one I still fight but will never......never give up!
I hope my pictures will inspire you. I have youtube videos as well but no links (rules obviously)
Thank you
Mike
Amazing, congrats on your success! It's especially inspiring for me that you were a recluse who worked hard and improved yourself, I'm currently one (for various reasons) so thank you for sharing that. You have an incredible story.
Spectacular!!! And I completely agree that maintenance is harder, which is why only those who are the most dedicated keep the weight off. You seem very dedicated so good for you! Thank you for sharing your story and pics!
