Hi I have PCOS too. I have lost 27 pounds so far but the last 10 to 15 pounds have been difficult to lose. sometimes its hard not to feel frustrated about it. but no matter what I will not give up because I will never go back to how I used to live before. there is something in me that wants to never go back to that time again. after seeing your story, I have more hope now that I will lose the rest of the weight than I have in a while so thanks. also congratulations! you must feel so good about yourself now.
