Unfortunately I don't have a secret for this. I have reasonably good skin genes. I drink lots of water. I have loose skin on the underside/back of my upper arms, and my lower stomach and upper/inner thighs are the worst areas. When I am in pushup/plank position it all just hangs. But you cannot tell in clothes! And I wear tank tops without apology.

I figure I was trying to hide my fat under clothes, so absolute worst case I'd want to hide my skin under (cuter, smaller) clothes!

You look amazing and I bet you feel even more amazing. Love the picture of you and your son standing inside of your former pants. I was going to get rid of my biggest sizes but I will keep one of my size 28 jeans for just this purpose someday.

I am 1" taller than you but my total weight loss goal is very similar--144 lbs. I have been doing well (35 lbs lost in 2.5 months) but I recently calculated how long it would take me to achieve my ultimate goal weight and, at the rate of 2 lbs per week, it will be Valentine's Day 2014 before I get there. That seemed daunting. But then I read your post today and it cheered me right up. Thank you!

I'm going to go check out My Fitness Pal now.
