Unfortunately I don't have a secret for this. I have reasonably good skin genes. I drink lots of water. I have loose skin on the underside/back of my upper arms, and my lower stomach and upper/inner thighs are the worst areas. When I am in pushup/plank position it all just hangs. But you cannot tell in clothes! And I wear tank tops without apology.
I figure I was trying to hide my fat under clothes, so absolute worst case I'd want to hide my skin under (cuter, smaller) clothes!
