amazing!!! And WTG beating the fat and not having to go under the knife! The only thing I hate about the thought of surgery to lose weight is feeling like I something beat me lol. Congrats again you look beautiful!

(Was quite surprised to notice your stats - as in height and measurements - are almost identical to mine. Can't quite believe I could look as slim as you but am keeping my fingers very crossed, lol)

Can you give us more information on the Ideal Protein plan? How many calories did you eat a day?
