Husband and Wife Team - 100 Lbs Lost
Took 19 weeks I lost 57 lbs and my wife lost 44.2 and it's still coming off.
I did IP for 10 weeks and wife is still on phase 3.
8 simple rules for losing weight.
1. Avoid everything that contains High Fructose Corn Syrup
2. Avoid everything that contains sugar, replaced with Stevia sweetner
3. Avoid everything that contains flour, wheat, corn and starch
4. Avoid everything that contains mono/poly saturated oils
5. Use at least 1-2 tbls of coconut oil per day
6. Limit the Glycemic Load to approximately 80 (max-120 per day).
7. Have a Protein shake meal replacement for breakfast.
8. 1 PGX per meal.
(I avoid milk/yogurt but that's me, but I do have small amounts of cheese per day.)

2 CalMags (1 before meal)
1 Cod Liver Oil
1 centrum 50 multi
Once per day - sprinkle small amount of ground flaxseed and non-sweetened shredded coconut on food. For snacks we use carbrite diet bars.
