Mini-goal #1 (ala Beck Diet Solution): Lose 5 pounds. Start date: October 31. Completed Nov 21! = 21 days.
Mini-goal #2: Lose 5 pounds AGAIN. Start date: November 22. 2016 CHALLENGE: Get back on modified Ideal Protein Diet until 25 pounds lost total. Start exercising!!! >>>Revised goal ends up ~16—19% total weight loss
I just read this story, and wow... it really truly inspired me. I myself am just over 240 lbs and would LOVE to see 150 again. I didn't think it was possible as I struggle to even walk that mile. But you have made me realize that it is infact doable. Thank you for that. Every time I start feeling down or that I just can't do it, I will be coming back to this story.
