Smile 75 Off for 2 years now...

2 years ago I lost 75 lbs without gimmicks, drugs, or pricey company prepackaged foods or surgery. I did it the natural way, with a weight loss coach who was available 7 days a week, it really helped to talk to someone who had won the battle and maintained. I wish all of you the best of luck in achieving your goal of a healthier body. Blesings to all.. Im here for you.

Congrats and Thank You!
Back to the forum after baby #5!
1st mini-goal - 5%
2nd mini-goal - under 200 lbs
3rd mini goal -15%
There is a huge difference between knowing what to do and actually doing it!

Welcome and congratulations! Maintenance is not one of my strong suits, so any advice you can give on how you do it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, do you have any before and after pictures you could post?

Lost my first 25 pounds on my own and the rest (so far) with Jenny Craig

If you hate starting over...STOP giving up!!!

Default wow great for you!

I think the natural way will make you successful long term. I have lost more than my goal, and surprisingly I haven't lost my curves, and I'm never really hungry.
