Hit 100 down last week so very happy! I am soooooo close to getting out of the 200's which is my next goal!

2nd mini-goal - under 200 lbs
3rd mini goal -15% - 32 lbs

Thanks all! It has been a long journey I lost the biggest chunk 86 pounds in 7 months ... lots of healthy eating and really sticking to plan ... g ot a bit comfortable and thought I could eat more than I knew I could put about 4 pounds on and said WHOOOOOA wait a darn minute I refuse to go back in this direction!!!! So back on program I went and now just setting small goals, I know it will no longer come off as fast as it did before but it WILL come off. I would really like to be under 200 when I leave for my cruise the end of October!
