Thanks Everyone

I am still maintaining- I thought I was holding 154- till a week later I bounced back to 158- which is what my base was for months- I think my glycogen stores were down while I was running really high mileage when I hit 1524- I went back to 158 the following week and since then I've gained 2-3lbs and gained SO MUCH MUSCLE and lost some more fat- my body is reshaping itself- it's been neat to watch it all change- pictures and the measuring tape are helping me see the progression- I am getting a thigh gap- I've lost 2 inches of my belly and gained a massive set of guns (biceps!!)

Always here for inpsiration and help!

Isn't it wonderful to be able to reshape your body? You look great.
When I lose all my weight I am going into maintenance also. And I will start to do some serious running too.
Congratulations! All the hard work really payed off.
