Anxious to go to C2. I am Indian and eat lots of carbs. I also do regular exercise. Hoping for best.

I was slim all of my life but gained during pregnancy and now trying to shed those extra pounds.. I need to lose almost 30 pounds.. have lost 6 so far.. can we be weight loss buddies?
