Wow.. that is awesome.. just curious I have lost about 75 lbs. since high school, and recently lost about 15 (included) and was wondering how you deal with toning up looser skin? I have the figure I want just sick and tired of dealing with the afterwards any advice??

wow congratulations you look great this is also very inspiring I am in a bit of a slump right now your story has really motivated me to get more serious and to stop cheating and feeling sorry for myself i know it can be done and inspiring stories like yours really help us all to feel like there is hope for us thank you so much for sharing your story with us!
