Veg/vegan diet and walking! My weight loss started around Jan/Feb 2010 and I reached 110 pounds in April. It was a long and slow process. I also have asthma that hindered and hurried my loss at various points.
Back to the forum after baby #5!
1st mini-goal - 5%
2nd mini-goal - under 200 lbs
3rd mini goal -15%
There is a huge difference between knowing what to do and actually doing it!
