Good for you! What a terrific story and accomplishment.

I am also a runner and there is truly nothing better. The runner's high is amazing.

Great story! I have about in total 160 lbs to lose as well, with 120 to go, but I'm taking it about 10 lbs at a time. I find running to be a really great way to take off weight, because it's sort of an addicting exercise. It took awhile for me to learn how to get into that "zone" but it's definitely a great feeling and I'm glad you made such a great change in your life!

The patronizers drive me crazy. When I'm at the grocery store, I get stares for being the fat girl picking out all these fruits and vegetables. The cashier actually explained to me a good way to cook the cauliflower I bought so I would want to eat it more.

What a great story and inspiration (or ditto)!
It makes me want to run. I've been trying to get it going, this might be the inspiration I'm looking for.
Huge Congrats!!!
