I'm under my goal!
I am back under my goal weight. I got there just over a week ago but was hesitant to announce it to early. I'm hanging out right at the same number so I guess its official. This is my second try as I was here almost exactly a year ago. If any of you have any great words of wisdom to help me stay here this time I'd love some suggestions.
I got here by keeping my portions contolled, eating better foods and lots of exercise. I do feel that I can keep going as I have been so that's encouraging. I also think I understand better how little of a change it is from "dieting" to "maintenance". I hope to succeed at staying here this time.
