What a great journey - thanks for taking the time to share it! You've shown us that it's not 'The End' if we slip up once in a while. I also read a lot of determination to find what works right for you -- not an easy thing to do, but look at the amazing results when you don't give up! Just... WOW!

Did you go ahead with the operation mid-August? If so, I hope it went well and gave the results you were hoping for.

hey Seawave - not sure how I missed your question here.... yes I did go ahead WITH TT & BA, and obviusly one is never entirely happy!!!!!! but yes pretty pleased overall, and back to all regular excercise etc now...

Thanks Guys....byt the way have put on a fe wlbs since then...but nothing major that a good new year's resolution won't fix!! hovering at around 175... ran a 7 mile road race yesterday uphill though so not a couch potato!

First I would like to say is you're a beautiful person, especially overcoming obstacles and accomplishing weight loss, because it can be extremely difficult.
It's amazing how much your story reminds me of myself...There's not a day that goes by that I don't think about my weight. =[
I just started a VLCD and hope the results are as successful as yours!
