What an encouraging story!!! I am new on this forum. My story is very similar to yours. I am 250 lbs and have major issues with my meals and healthy eating. I'm a big sweet & carb eater. So, this journey will be very challenging for me, but I am optimisitic that there is a bubbly, loving, and contagious person inside of me dieing to get out.
