Secondly, can I ask when you scheduled time to work out? Were you working at this time? I'm finding difficulty finding a time to work out.

Hi Sunflowergirl!

Thank you for the sweet words! I was and still am working! I'd work out right after work. I was determined and focused to get the weight off. Let me tell you, the crock pot became my best friend because I'd start dinner in the morning, and by the time we got home from work, it was ready! So the family ate, and I always ate something light and healthy that took minutes to make. Cooking takes up a lot of time, but the crock pot really helped! Also, I ensured I went to bed early around 9 so I can be well rested and with all the cardio I did, i had to make sure I took care of myself. Let me know if there is anything else you need! Best of luck, you can do it!
