guamvixen thank you for sharing. CONGRATS on the amazing weight loss. the pictures REALLY show how you have changed in the ways of personality as well, you do seem much more @ ease and confident w/yourself. i really love the part in your post about how "I knew there was a happier person inside me, I just needed to get out of my 115 lb suit that I was wearing for so long." such a succinct way of summing up the weight loss experience for so many of us who are overweight. I get the feeling sometimes that I am wearing that "fat suit" and I see the thinner person inside wanting to get out. She's in there, SOMEWHERE! I Just have to keep working out and loosing weight to let her loose! Also, you have a very positive message of a healthy natural weight loss that didn't involve any fads/pill which are NOT healthy in the ways of natural LONG TERM weight loss. WONDERFUL POST

What an inspiration! You look absolutely stunning. Starting small is very important. I just began taking my regular walks again since it's now spring time ! In no time i'll be at my dream weight. Congrats and I wish you the best of luck with your new fellow!
