What an amazing transformation. You have done an incredible job reshaping your body. Those long legs with the kitty heel are HOT and the shoulders are simply SEXY!!!
If you don't mind me asking; how old are you and are you dealing with lose skin around the belly area?

Hey, thanks for your kind words and compliments. Yes, I am dealing with loose skin in the belly area--my belly button is demolished because of stretch marks. No matter how much weight I lose, that is a constant. The great news is that it is easily hidden under clothing and even in my bathing suit it looks fine. I am in my late 30's.

You look amazing! Everyone laughs at me because when I see a pretty woman I always look at the arms. I ALWAYS comment on the arms. She can have the least pretty face ever but I won't notice if she has toned arms. LOL! That's my biggest goal. Even more than getting to goal (whatever that may be) I want toned, sexy arms. Can you tell me what you did to make your looks so great?
Oh, and I had to LOL when I saw the pics with your girls. I have 2 daughters 6 and 3 that I dress alike all the time. I have from the time my 3 year old was born. People tell me they will hate me for it someday so I'm trying to break out and get the the same thing in different colors now.

Lynsey, I do 30 DS for my arms using just 1/2 pound weights. Sometimes when I am just sitting and watching TV I will do some of the Jillian Michael moves with the weights too--but nothing more than a few minutes each day. This thread has really opened my eyes as I have always dismissed my arms before really and truly. I wasn't even flexing or anything in the picture.
On the clothing--LOL--that is what I am doing now--I take them to Gymboree (went yesterday) and let them choose their own outfits but from the same line--LOL. That way, they have the same colors but completely different outfits. The sales are awesome now-I got dresses for as little as $7.99--and that's cheaper than Walmart. Plus, if I pay less than $10 for a Gymboree dress or outfit, I can resell it in a year or two for at least that.
