Default 130 lbs down and 11 marthons finished. What a change

Hello everyone. I am brand new to this forum. i started WW in Dec. 2006 and on Dec. 2007 I had lost 133 lbs. From April of 2007 to Dec. 2008 I finished 7 marathons and 4 utlra marathons. THe journey has been amazing. I hope to helpd others get there while I am here at 3fat chicks. I have been doing a blog for a while and realized that people are inspired by before and after pics. I am going to try and get some up in here if I can figure it out. You can also check my profile for the blog too I guess. But anyways. nice to meet you all. THis should be fun.

Well, I just saw the message that says I need more posts to put up the pics. So I will be patient. Thanks guys

I tried to put the pics just above. I hope it worked

Why hello there! !

I am still unable to see your pictures. Perhaps you could upload them to somewhere like PhotoBucket or TinyPic and then past the URLs here?

That is SO awesome that you lost 133 pounds in a year and finished all those marathons! You must have one heck of an iron will. Congrats!

Hi Run4Change,

I am trying to check out your blog in the link under your name. Just wanted you to know the coding is a little messed up!

If anyone else is trying to get to that blog easily it's http://run4change.wordpress.com

Congrats - I am so impressed with your marathons!

Your blog is amazing! Thanks for posting. I read your blog just in time...after a PMS-influenced binge this afternoon for lunch I am just about to give up. Now I feel ready to deal with tomorrow as it comes.

Thanks!

Thank you so much everyone for your encouragement. Just remember to never give up. A mistake, binge, fall, is just a blip on the radar of the long journey of health that we are on.

What an inspirational story! Great job! You were always a handsome guy, even at your heaviest, but now you just *glow*. It's also great to hear you are maintaining. Keep it up!

2nd goal- Less than 194 (a number I've been stuck at before) CHECK!
