Thank you so much for your amazing story. I am about your size at your biggest...a size 20 and recently started to care about my body. I see a personal trainer twice a week and joined weight watchers. Thank you for letting me know its possible.

Taylor - that personal trainer will be worth his/her weight in gold, if only to teach you what you need to be doing. Have you found our Weight Watchers forums yet? This is absolutely possible and it seems like you're on a great path to making it REAL!
