Bethbeth - as I've said over and over, 3fc was SO helpful to me, and the big losers here both inspired me and gave me great advice. I only hope I can be half as helpful to people as I go through maintenance. Thanks!

Thank you so much for sharing your story! I feel a strong connection to you - we're similar ages, we are the same height and have almost exactly the same highest weight - and I hope to eventually be at the weight you are now.
