That's really wonderful Ennay! A lot of discussions around here center on how we look in our clothes (and I freely admit I am as guilty of this as the next person), but really, the most important thing about weight loss and exercise is the impact it has on health. How great to know your actions have made you a healthier person - such an important thing so that you'll be around to enjoy your family for a long time.
