Wow! I'm brand new to this site, but, after reading some of these threads, I know I can get there! I'm aiming for 25 lbs in 5 months. This is weight I've put on through the past few years, which were very stressful to me. I'm trying to heal myself, and love myself again.

Hi everyone and thanks so much.
BC, it took me 1yr. 1 week and 5 days to reach goal. I started Atkins but allowed for extra whole grains and fruit , with treadmill for walking. This worked well for me.
