Zelma's Before and After pics
 

I don't think I've posted these as 'goal' photos before, because I had always thought I would lose a little more. But for the moment, my body just seems to want to sit at this weight, so I think I'll settle for that. I do have a bit of loose skin (thank you for sharing Zelma), so that probably makes up for a little bit of the 'excess' weight I feel as though I'm carrying.

Anyway... I hope these work out...

It's hard to imagine that you are the same person Zelma! I know personally with this journey, that in more ways than one, we aren't the same person. So many changes and lessons along the way. It's an endeavor that changes you.
