3 Months into journey and down 90 pounds

Down 240 and taking my daughter to the pool. :D She is my motivation. :)

Down 275 and I went from 72 to 46 in the waist.

Down 300.4 pounds and 42 inches in the waist.
Current weight 260. 2 years of new lifestyle.

I whole-heartedly agree with everyone as to what an inspiration you've been. I sit around wondering how I am ever going to get these last 10 pounds off, and then here is a man who has essentially lost two of me. Thank you for helping to put things in a new perspective. :hug:

I have to say that you are quite the inspiration to me. I need to lose at least 100 pounds, but look at you! You have done it. I need to get my son to look at this - he is 21 years old and weight in at a whopping 355. I need to get him motivated too. Thanks for sharing your success story.

Thank you for sharing your story with us! It is soooo encouraging. I still have 221 lbs to go, and have read your interview twice, gleaning ideas and inspiration from it.

I especially appreciated you saying " I think it is the mental process of behavior change that is the "secret" to long term weight loss."

I recently heard someone say "it's all mental"...the battle is won or lost between our ears.
