I finally hit goal. By that I mean, I have hit a place where I am happy...
After I realized, the stress of dieting was getting too me in not just physical (binging) but emotional ways, I decided to let that pressure off myself. Now, I Just decide to be healthy. Be conscious of what I eat and move around a little more. After months and a very slow loss, I feel happy where I am at. I still would like to lose about 10 more pounds and tighten up a bit, but I am patient now with losing and know I will get there
I hope others can reach this same goal/happiness and I hope my post encourages others.
