For truth's sake, I will say this is more like 150ls to 127lbs, not really 170lbs, since that was my weight when pregnant. I gave birth in November to a very cute little boy (my 2nd) and started dieting (2000 calories, nursing) and training (since 3 weeks postpartum). 6 months later, I have officially met my goal (not really so much an arbitrary number around 125-127 but being satisified with my physique).
This was a LOT of hard work, and my biggest credit is consistency. If the baby fussed, I still squeezed in a 12 minute kettlebell workout. Good days are spent at the gym for about an hour.
For being there for many years and letting me maintain after 2 kids. The "before" was taken when my baby was 5 weeks old and I lost the 20lbs of baby/blood/placenta and had just those lovely fat stores leftover!
