It would be really cool to see before and after photos of your muscle-building later! Those are so inspiring...

And I see you are a "low-carb vegetarian". That is very interesting - I am basically trying to go that route as well, though I do eat fish sometimes.

Anyway -
Mini-goal #1 (ala Beck Diet Solution): Lose 5 pounds. Start date: October 31. Completed Nov 21! = 21 days.
Mini-goal #2: Lose 5 pounds AGAIN. Start date: November 22.
2016 CHALLENGE: Get back on modified Ideal Protein Diet until 25 pounds lost total. Start exercising!!!
