soccrmom12 Start IP 11/15/11 Join Date: Sep 2010 Posts: 52 S/C/G: 169.2/154.2/140 Height: 5'5"	Starting IP tomorrow I'm starting IP tomorrow. I've read tons of information on the internet and here. I lost about 90# 2 1/2 years ago and over the past year, while trying to lose the final 10#...gained 20. Now I just want to get back to where I was. I hope starting now will help me avoid the Christmas gain I had last year. This looks like a great support forum. Any suggestions are welcome.
