Hope I am not butting in here. But I just wanted to say that the most important thing is to lose it healthfully. From my own expereince. Slow steady and healthfully is what works the best. Hope i was not giving unsolicited advice. But I did it the fast way for many years when I was younger. And I am still paying the price physically.
